      image Tax person was NOT knowledgeable of the software they were using, nor were they experienced with a basic simple tax return. After supplying them with my direct deposit information, I returned home to discover that on my tax return information supplied by the representative, that under Disbursement Options an X was marked next to the line statement You requested your refund be mailed directly to you by the taxing authority. This after I supplied my bank account & routing numbers and be direct deposited into my account.
      I dont understand this and now wonder if I need to audit all the paper. I think Ill go elsewhere next year.
