        Won't help your pet no matter the emergency unless you're a client there, and they're not accepting new clients. I understand staff shortages, but to cut me off mid-sentence while I'm telling you about the emergency because I said we've never been there before is rude, and even more rude is the lack of empathy or even suggesting anywhere else we could try. Didn't even offer any advice to help. She couldn't wait to hang up the phone. Big thumbs down
