        Id like to Thank Everybody in every Department at Titan Machinery a big Thank you. Yall been very kind and helpful to us everytime we come by. We had a great experience too when we got our machine. Laramie did an exceptional job and went above and beyond as a salesman to show us how to work our machine and made sure all our questions were answered. He even stayed late after hours to do so. He didnt leave until we were comfortable with our unit. The team in service did a great job. Yall did awesome Titan Machinery. Thank you.

        They have great equipment. Case has really stepped up their construction equipment game. Their new lines are sharp looking too! Good rental equipment with good service is a major plus.

        Contacted Dean Olson at Minot Titan Machinery near two months ago to send out a field mechanic to my home location. Needed mechanic to set the valve lifters on my Ford loader/backhoe. Dean Olson had, himself, recommended that I have this done and I did not have a mode to bring the tractor to their shop. I explained to him that I did not want to spend a fortune on the project and asked for an estimate of cost. He acted upset that I was not able to give him a blank check and closed the conversation with "I'll phone you when I'm ready to send someone out"! I suspected that he would not follow through and I was right. To date have not heard from him or anyone else at Titan. Find his attitude and promise very unprofessional and downright rude. Wouldn't allow him to send someone out even it were for free at this point.
