        They fail to deliver packages and say no one was home without leaving a note. I work from home so I know they didn't even try to deliver our packages. Then they decided we were vacant and stopped delivering our mail and refused to pick up our "new" resident slip until we went in and complained. Packages are regularly a day or more late.
