Just closed on my first home! Justin was amazing to work with. He helped me with any questions I had along the way and really helped to educate me on the home buying process. I worked with him for probably 8 months or so. He was very patient, honest and upfront with me. 10/10 would recommend!

I just closed on my first home purchase today and Alyssa made the entire process from home search, writing up the offer, follow-up, and closing so easy and enjoyable! All of the paperwork was very clear, well-explained, and the resources that Brokers12 provides are super helpful. Alyssa was available at all times to answer any questions I had and gracefully assisted me with my long negotiation process with the sellers/sellers agent. No need to look anywhere else - Alyssa and the Brokers12 team is top notch!

I cant believe I have to write this. But here goes . Alyx Pederson of Brokers 12 was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Not to mention we were taken aback that she was taking things from a home that didnt belong to her. Then after we left she was still be very strange and almost as if she was on something. She was 30 plus minutes late. She refused to show us the property for 4 days. Then she asked what we thought 2 days after . Like is she that clueless. Shes a clueless agent with a messy hairdo, like she rolled out of bed to be late to drive 60 plus miles. Broker 12, it saddens me that they would employ someone who knows absolutely nothing about whats shes trying to sell. Avoid at all cost. Save yourself the pain from these flakes. My time was wasted and it should be told what kind of agent Brokers 12 employs. A joke !
