Natalie with Watford city Verizon was amazing to deal with, she went above and beyond to help handle my issue that I was having porting my phones over from my previous cellular carrier. It was a long process due to the previous carrier having no clue what they were doing (they have horrible customer service). Natalie was very professional and knowledgeable and knew who to contact to get the situation resolved. Even when the previous carrier was being impatient and rude due to there incompetence she still maintained a polite and professional attitude! I would highly recommend her to others. The other coworker, sorry I don't recall her name, was also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely do business in this store again.

Vary poor service. I'm unhappy with the service I have received. I bought a liquid glass screen protector from This branch and turned out that my phone screen was defective. I called Verizon corporate warranty and had a new phone shipped the next day after getting liquid glass applied. I went into the store with the recipe and the conformation email of the new replacement phone. The girl that helped me said that she would be able to replace/exchange the liquid glass once I received the confirmation email from warranty. I went in and was told that there is no refunds on the product and would have to buy another liquid glass. The screen protector cost $65. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told they do not have one and when I asked for a contract for the store owner I was refused service. I really hope that the branch owner reads this and makes it right.
