        Every year I have done taxes by myself using TurboTax. Never again will I go back to that. I had some forms Ive never had to file before so I decided to get them professionally done. Amber Curtis at the Walmart location for Jackson Hewitt is truly a wizard. Her area manager had to do a quick look through because of my complicated forms so shout out to Margie (area manager 13805) for helping out! Will definitely return next year! Thanks ladies!!!!

        I will never return here for my taxes! I had to buy the insurance for an audit because I dont think she had any idea what she was doing. She wanted to know where I filed my taxes last year and asked me for a receipt and I had to return home and get it. Then asked me a question about my taxes from 2008. Thats 15 years ago. This was all so she could do my taxes. I paid $500 for my simple 1 person taxes to be file and the IRS is still showing they dont have them and havent received them. It was a horrible experience and every time I told her I wanted my paperwork back she said nah its ok. I have no faith that I wont be audited. I just dont know how much hassle and how much they will stand behind me paying for this service but I have absolutely ZERO faith they filed my taxes right or even knew what she was doing! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I even told her I wouldnt be back and tried to ask questions and just fell on deaf ears with no explanation! Update: after I called the numbers listed and transferred to everyone, I still didnt get anywhere. Very disappointing!
