Completed my first vehicle purchase with Ken Ganley of Akron. overall the experience was well above expectations. Deepan S. (individual who worked with me on purchase) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided the clear answers to any questions I had as well as worked with me on price in a no nonsense fashion which I truly appreciated. Truly have no complaints from this experience and would recommend to family and friends.

I just wanted to comment on how honest my salesman Jesse was, and how he made purchasing my F-150 so easy. I traveled up from Columbus to check out the truck, and Jesses communication with me was above and beyond any other salesman Ive ever had. Ive purchased many vehicles and motorcycles over the years, and Jesse was the best. I will be returning if I ever need another vehicle in the future. Jesse understood my travel time and time limitations, and literally ran across the showroom floor to get my questions answered. Highly recommend a dealer that has a guy like this on their staff.

It was such a perfect experience here. They were super kind and helped me a lot to find a best car. I do recommend to go here if you are looking for a car to buy. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends as well. Wish I can leave 10 stars out of 5

Greedy dealership. My mom and I were looking for a new car for her and we decided on the Toyota grand Highlander Limited. We went into Ken Ganley Toyota back in January and they said we dont charge a mark up on these vehicles and we would not do business in a shady form but all I have dealt with is shady business. My mom initially put down a deposit to secure the allocation that someone had backed out of. But, during the paperwork they put a $2k dealer markup which I got them to take off because I had told them that I had bought a used 2022 Lexus IS 350 from their other location, Ken Ganley Kia so they took off the $2k markup on the Grand Highlander. When my mom put down the deposit on the grand Highlander, I was on the phone with her to make sure all the details were correct and they assured me that we could do either financing or pay cash for the vehicle when it arrived, but when we went in today, to sign the paperwork and pay for it They told us that we could only finance and they would not sell us the vehicle without financing it through them. Plus, when I was looking over the car the build sheet compared to what was actually on the car was different. There were $3000 of options less on the car that arrived versus the build sheet that we received. They did take those charges off but I had to point it out before the dealership said anythingwe were about to pay $3k+ for options it didnt have. We ended up walking out of the dealership because they kept lying to us and get us to pay more than the car is worth they are already making full profit on it through the retail price which we agreed to pay but then they said we if we wanted to buy, we had to finance, they tried adding a dealer markup, and they included options on the paperwork that the car didnt have. Stay away from Ken Ganley!

Want to say a big Thank you to Jesse Willig for the amazing service. He got me in and out quick keeping me updated during the process. Everytime he was moving it was with a quick pace. Very respectful of your time. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had. Will certainly be returning to him for my next purchase.
