Flagstar Bank

Walk in this morning say gm hello the teller was or seem to be in a total aww when I walked in and just stared at me like I committed a crime by walking in. So I I proceed to walk over to another teller after she says hi basically begins to profile so I say I wanna open up an account OK what kind of account would you like to open so I explain to her that I want to open up a business account also a personal account and also a childrens custodial account already have all those accounts with Bank of America which I never experienced anything quite like awkward like this, she then proceeds to ask me who I bank with now which why dose that matter cause Im black and then says oh I didnt know they had walk in banks?? Why is that a factor you should be trying to get the business!! She told me she needed a major credit card no you dont for one ect all that I would need which I had everything but they made me feel very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door it wasnt pleasant so I told her I didnt have anything and I will come back she says OK I said OK thank you she says OK thank you he continues to stare. I said thank you to him he just looked like go home if your just giving looks like that never again

The absolute worst.  Scam artists.  They took down their twitter and Facebook because of all the complaints in public. Do not use this banking institution

I've been saving at Ohio Savings for years. The Bank's online service received an upgrade.  Now I find that I can no longer go on line to view my checking account For personal reasons I have to view my checking account online every 2 days Since the upgrade the online service can no longer communicate with my android phone to give me the new code needed to  sign up on line. One of the representatives from the bank told me she was working to fix the problem. The next day after assuring me that the upgraded online service was tested for Android phones ahead of time she then tells me that she can no longer inform me as to when this particular problem can be fixed and I would have to wait indefinitely to view my account online. This is poor customer service and leaves me high and dry. I've never seen such a caviler way of treating one's customers.
