        I rented a car from Avis Beachwood Ohio-Chagrin Location. I had to take a car that had white X's all over the car showing the previous damages to it (see pictures) Please note the driver side had a piece of carpeting missing and it sounded like it needed a muffler.. I know you ask why did you take it? I had no choice due to an doctors appointment in Columbus Ohio(This was a one-way rental). I've reported this to Avis customer service and received partial money back and I should be given a full refund. The car should be taken out of service it should not be a choice for anyone. I'm really disappointed with the outcome of my rental from Avis.
