Waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Receptionist stressed being on time, 15 minute grace period etc. I arrived early for my appointment, placed in a room then 15 minutes later receptionist returned to the room to ask me why am I here. I explained my reasons when I made the appointment it I guess I will tell you again. Waited in the room for 30 minutes until I went back out to the desk and asked how much longer. I was told there was 1 person ahead of me. That person was in the waiting room upon my arrival and was taken back before me which is understandable and expected. So I returned to my room and 5 minutes later I heard the doctor go into that patients room for the first time. I waited an hour, one whole hour and wasnt seen. I RESPECTED YOUR REQUEST OF BEING ON TIME. DO YOU RESPECT YOUR PATIENTS TIME!!

I'm sure the Dr. Is a good Dr.. my experience left me wondering if I was even heard at all, . She barely even looked at me while trying to explain what I have been experiencing with my body for a long time, while I was trying to tell her she barely even looked up. She gave me two options , A a oral steroid, B a topical steroid . Never even caring about my battle. I felt like a big germ in there. One thing good came out of my visit, $50 of my deductible was paid. I felt rushed. All in all very pleasant attitude. I will not be returning.
