        My husband ordered flowers for a funeral and he was assured they would be delivered on time. He went to the service and no flowers - no phone call, nothing! He had to go to the store to ask for his money back because the service was over. The person behind the counter said We ran out of flowers - we planned on calling you this afternoon. Horrible customer service! We have been ordering from them for years - never again!

        Are the flowers pretty? Yes. Is this worth the cost? Absolutely not. $57 for flowers that are literally falling out of this fish bowl they are in. Did not come in the vase shown on website, maybe that's part of the problem, but we will not be using this florist again.

        Ordered an arrangement to send to someone, and it was the most hideous arrangement Ive ever seen. Im beyond embarrassed to have sent it. It was beyond tacky and Im mortified.

      Hi Monica, we are so sorry we dropped the ball on your order. There is no excuse for failing to deliver and notify you. We are trying our best to work through some changes here and we let you down. When we spoke to your husband about the missed delivery, we immediately refunded you and hope the money can make a difference to the cancer charity he spoke about. We will be very sad to see you go, but we understand. If you ever think you might give us a second chance, please let us know and we will do our best to go above and beyond for you.

      Hi Leann. This is the designer who redid your order. We are so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We had trouble sourcing the appropriate vase in time and realize there is no excuse for that. The team here is adjusting to a lot of changes and we are trying our best to get up to speed. I was so disappointed to hear about your bad experience and tried to make it right with extra flowers and a better vase. We hope you could still enjoy your Valentine's Day despite this.
