        Be aware of your warranty. Less than two years and our driveway is flaking up. Ryan homes says its the salt. We have not used salt at all. But needless to say its past the one year warranty so we are screwed. James from the warranty department showed no concern. I guess all this money and your driveway only lasts one year. I warn everyone to stay away from Ryans homes.

        Nathaniel Grove is an upcoming beautiful ranch community in Beavercreek OH. My husband and I met with Kathleen Rose . She's very sweet, friendly and helped us through the stressful process of choosing the perfect homesite to picking out our home selections..(*my favorite thing to do). Kathleen was patient and so helpful in our decision to purchase a Ryan home . Thanks Kathleen! Marlee and Pete
