Firstly, then the but...I love you guys and everything edible that comes from your wonderful brilliant hands, hearts, and minds. I went in to pick up a prepaid order put in serval days ago with a scheduled pick up time...a very quick event, I thought. I walk into a packed house of at least 20+ people in line, and see customers at the counter picking out bakery items. I told her I was picking up prepaid. I had to wait in the one single line no matter what I was doing there. That's ridiculous. I was not the only person in that line that prepaid and scheduled pick up time. I understand the need to record pick ups into the system, but why wait in the register line for PREPAID SCHEDULED PICKUP? I thought the scheduled pick up time was for this aspect of the service. 4 people up front with 3 registers all serving next up...smdh. When I finally did pick up, it was just checking the order paper vs the order and handing it off. Still wondering why I (or the other scheduled prepaid) had to wait for everyone else.

The baked goods are top tier compared to most other bakeries in the area. My family absolutely loves the packzi's and danishes. If we want macarons or cupcakes this is our go-to as well. My biggest complaints are the parking/entrance situation and the disorganization on the inside. Parking is an issue with such a limited lot, and the intersection is uncomfortable to drive through. Inside can be pretty disorganized, but they have never messed up our orders. I highly recommend this place, but you need 100% focus when parking haha Parking: Very limited parking, hard to get in and out
