They complain about their customers, and then cant even cut hair even. My hair is 2 different lengths on the sides, and its very noticeable. Had to go home and fix it myself.

On 2/22/24 around 12:00pm ish. I went in to great clips in broadview to just get a trim to cut my dead ends off. And this was the aftermath.. not only did they freaking butcher my head but that lady who did my hair who I cant remember their name grabbed my hair so hard. I wanted to cry. She was very rough and didnt ask me anything important other than god and if I use leave in conditioner. The cut took no more than like 3 minutes top. She didnt follow up with me or even offer me the mirror to see if I like the cut.I had to ask for the mirror I tried to be nice but this is just god awful. Some people shouldnt be in the field if they cant even do a simple trim. Now Im gonna spend more money to get it freaking right. Im beyond disappointed and the fact this happened was a waste. I will be going elsewhere. UPDATE I was contacted by great clips a few days after the cut took place and they told me that the lady who cut my hair was no longer working there and for me thats a plus because I mean look at the picture. But we were able to work something out. So thank you.
