        Called for holiday light install and the call was handled by a call center who coldly took my info, scheduled the appointment but could offer no detail on the service offered or price. They said someone would contact me to discuss details and pricing- no one called. Wednesday before install I called to cancel at which time I was told the local office would contact me as soon as possible - today is Friday and no call received. I called again today to ensure that the appointment for Monday is canceled, told again that theyd have someone contact me. At this point- Ive made multiple attempts with zero contact back. Terrible service. Please dont say its short staffing, it literally takes 3 minutes to have called me back. At this point, if someone shows up, too bad When will customer service be a focus again in the consumer space? Its absolutely shocking what has happened .
