        We were in negotiations with Bonnie Chalhoub and the buyer she represented over a property. Bonnie purposely lied about the condition of another unit of a duplex not shown to us upfront in order to bait us into an offer. We went through an inspection on the property and discovered endless issues. We were aware of certain issues up front and that the property was being sold as-is; however lying about the condition of the remaining worse parts of the property that we could not view up front was inexcusable. I am now out of $500 for inspection costs. She refused to accept the written report of the inspection so as not to have to disclose to future buyers. She was rude to my agent in the end of the process. She told us that she had another offer from someone else site unseen during the process of agreement which is highly unlikely. She makes real estate agents as a whole look bad.
