Best selection of bugs around! Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Would recommend to anyone who has reptiles in the area.

As someone who has been in the hobby for almost a decade now this is a really really promising new store!! They have a lovely little shop that isn't the old, disheveled reptile store that used to be so common. it feels more like being in a mom and pop petco that is only reptiles and actually treats their animals well!! Their cages are actually a really great size and I think with a little more time in their building they have real potential to make an exceptional place for the animals to reside for the time they are there! They are mostly going for the clean paper towel substrate which I dig and maintain really well from the looks of it, but I would encourage them to move some of their long term residents to bioactive for their health and the ease of maintenance!! The only possible downside I see is their selection of species, they mainly focus on lizards like leopard geckos and beardies which isn't inherently a bad thing but is still something to be aware of for potential customers. I talked to the owner and she explained they were going for the more "tame" aspect of the hobby which I think is totally fine because it'll just get more people into the animal hobby when it's not giant spooky snake or lizards (which is what i love in the hobby) and it's just cute little guys!! I would encourage them to expand into more animals like KSBs, BPs, hognoses, AFT Geckos, and stuff like that where they aren't intimidating or super difficult to care for. In summary I really like this new shop and I think it has the potential to get a specific niche in the hobby more into the cleveland area and be a gathering place for Keepers and others in the hobby because I believe they do events too (I promise I'm not paid I j went in on black Friday and was really impressed with the place !!)

I checked this place out on my way home to PA and absolutely loved it. Not only is the owner very friendly but it also has a very clean, cute aesthetic to it! Would definitely recommend and most likely will stop again!

We got the newest member of our family, Nibby, from Kim two weeks ago. I dont have much to compare the store to because it was our first and only choice based on the reviews, and Im happy to add my review as another super happy customer. Kim suggested the perfect bearded dragon for our family and gave us all the information we needed to make sure Nibby had a smooth transition. Cant recommend enough!
