We have been going to Taxcheck USA for several years to get our taxes done and we are always very pleased with their service. They are friendly and personable. Great job! Update: 2023 They moved to a new location in Broadview Hts. They are no longer located in The Office Atrium Building in Royalton Rd. The new address is 7500 Town Center.

Something is different with this branch. The past 2 tax years my experience was pleasant and went well. This year the service was horrible. My taxes were handed off to another employee, which I was not aware would happen. When the employee called me to say I was missing a document, I was in my vehicle, so I asked her to email me what I needed. Email arrived with only her contact information, so I responded asking for the name of the document she needed. I got no response. A week later I called and left a message, and requested a call or email back. I never received a call or an email back. Another week goes by and I call to speak with my accountant that had prepared my taxes previously. The lady became so angry that she hung up the phone. Moments later she returned my call only to over talk me, and was rude beyond belief. If I were at work and spoke to a patient or staff member in the manner I was spoken to, not only would I be asked to leave my shift but I would likely be fired. Her excuse for not returning an email to a client... "She get's hundreds of emails a day". Yes, I bet you do, please open emails from your clients they are attempting to communicate with you. Her response for not getting back to me when I called..." It's very busy". Yes, anyone who has every had a JOB is usually busy at work doing the job they are employed to do. In the end I walked in, paid my fee, collected my taxes and walked out. Such an abysmal experience, I will not be back. Hoping your experience was better than mine.
