        Absolutely lazy workers is the best name to describe this company.The trash cans fall over while trash flies out after they dump it they just drive off. How about get your 200 pound butt off the phone and do a good job?

        They never empty cans all the way and leave trash all over the streets in Parma Ohio it makes are city look bad they are lazy

        These yahoos pick up in Parma on Friday...never at a consistent time! Today for the first time they came before 8:30 AM. so I missed the pick-up. Some times they don't show up until after 3PM. C'mon guys stop picking up at all hours...get a regular schedule!

        My grandmother had Rumpke Garbage for 20 years. When she passed away and I bought her house, I went to switch Garbage into my name and they gave me a lower rate. When I asked them why my rate was lower, they said oh well, your grandmother couldve shopped Garbage companies she was 86 years old, this company takes advantage of old people.
