We drove an hour north to come to this clinic. The lady at the front desk was so rude that we didn't even get adjusted. She insisted we fill out 1/2 hours worth of questions on a tablet which had technical problems & wouldn't let you continue to next page or sign, etc. I asked if the lady could take my answers verbally to questions instead bc I didn't have my glasses & the tablet was having typical difficulties- but, she rudely said no & refused to help me. I declined the visit bc of her rudeness. My daughter did go in that day as well. She was promised an exam, consultation, and an adjustment for thirty dollars, but the chiropractor just wiggled her neck for a second and said he was done. My daughter asked him what he did. And Told him it. didn't feel like he did anything at all and asked if he could do a proper adjustment, and he refused, so she left, feeling disgusted. and cheated!! After waiting an hour and a half for an adjustment! This place is a joke! Save your money folks!
