Renner's Plumbing Supply Co

The ladies at Renners are amazing. I went there with an old bath faucet stem. They diligently checked all of their stock without success. They then spent a lot of time going through catalogs trying to find a match. Eventually they determined the manufacturer and model number. Their nearby suppliers did not have it. They could order it but it would take several days. They then started calling local competitors to see if they had it. After many calls, they found it at the Lowes in Green. They then called the store and had them hold it for me. I tried to pay them for their time but they refused. I was blown away by their diligent professionalism.

I called to see if they had half inch compression fittings, he said idk you will have to come look then hung up on me. Pretty professional if you ask me.
