I've been going here for a few years now. Get the same boot every year. This year i stopped in and asked the manager if they had my boot in stock. She is always friendly and has good knowledge on what she sells. She informed me that it is but they upgraded the boot so it looks different now. I asked if the price is the same since they are upgraded and I only have a certain amount for boot allowance from work. She said they were a little more expensive but she'll see what she can do. She got the price down so my allowance would cover it! Great customer service!

Bought a pair of work boots in June of this year. I wont mention the brand but they were very expensive. Today at work the heel separated from the sole; needless to say, I was very unhappy. I called US Safety Gear and spoke with Rachael Contini. I explained to her what happened fully aware that the 30 day return policy had already expired. She was very polite and understanding and told me to stop by after work with my boots and she would see what she could do for me. When I got there, she took one look at them and knew it was a product problem and not something I did. She took me to the boot section and recommended a few other pairs to try. I found one I liked and she easily exchanged them for me. Anymore, customer service sucks at most places but Rachael reminded me that theyre a few good people out there still willing to help out their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will continue to go back for all my workwear needs!
