        If I could choose 0 stars I would! Just called for a consult and couldnt get passed the secretary asking a specific question and when I said Id just call someone else she acted as if I was doing them a favor guess they have all the clients they want

        I would say to Anyone in need of " legal assistance " for your social security disability case: that the Balin law team Proffesionals are "Most Knowledgeable " of the SSA Process, but at the same time ,they are Rooted with Compassion and Kindness towards Real People and thier Problems. I know this because I lost my Job of almost 20 yrs due to my disability, and Balin Law led me "Every Step" of the way until my case was Won! . My case Manager Deb is such a wonderful person who was "Always " there to answer my questions and assist me with my difficulties to the point that I felt more like a Family member, than a Client. Attorney Paulette Balin would be happy to speak with you personally and she can be reached at 440-578-0525 to address your concerns and improve generally the customer experience.We do note however that our typical protocol is to have our legal assistant capture basic information about you so that when you are scheduled for a free consultation with an attorney, the key information has been obtained to have a smooth informed and meaningful consultation. We are very discerning about the cases we elect to handle and we give each case a fair scrubbing as to the likelihood of winning, so that we do not give false hope as it can be a challenging process. We take the burden off of the claimants and give them peace of mind.
