Very professional and made the process easy. Would have 5 stars but my final closing Disclosure had the wrong 1st due date on it, was told the wrong one at closing and was surprised by that.

Most loan agents would've taken one look at my credit and turned me away. Stephanie on the other hand walked us through getting my credit where it needed to be and stuck with us through the hiccups.

I cant express my happiness enough with Guaranteed Rate! Stephanie Adkins, hands down is the best loan officer Ive ever dealt with. She advocated for us when things got complicated. She always maintained contact with us, and was always available no matter what time of day it was. She eased our anxiety several times. Her positive attitude and kindness is something that is very rare nowadays, but Stephanie has it! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good mortgage company!
