Very unprofessional, viewing and bookings for viewing a unit is a joke. Communication is non-existent with the leasing staff. I was denied for credit reasons and was never told until I came in for a viewing that wasn't available after I got there, third time in a row.. The property looks trashy and unkept and they just like collecting people's hard earned money with application fees. Don't waist your time or money.

Booked an apartment viewing twice multiple days in advance. Each one was canceled with no follow up and no explanation.

Horrible management experience. They have bots send you emails at least once daily. They have bots send out application links to apply for a place, but the management (Amy Wilson) is unhelpful and wont let you schedule a tour to look at the apartments. They wont pick up calls, they send you directly to a robot. Its a shame because this is a decent area, ruined by incompetent management who wont do their job properly and are clearly after money.

I wish I could give yal 0 stars but google forcing me to be nice. Anywho whoever does their schedule for viewings, need to learn how to properly communicate. I had a scheduled viewing, get there and find out its been cancelled! Then Im told they have nothing available to show yet yal keep advertising on hot pads website yal have available units. Just unprofessional smh
