Just had my floors done last Tuesday. Our Sales Representative- Stephanie Ramsey was incredibly open and easy to communicate with. She was knowledgeable and answered to all our questions. She was very patience and made sure that we were happy. She even went beyond to help us get the discount and the best rate possible. The day of the flooring- Angel and his team displayed exceptional skill and teamwork while laying down hardwood floors. From the moment they arrived, their efficiency was evident. They wasted no time in preparing the workspace, ensuring a clean and organized environment for the task ahead. Their precision in measuring and cutting the hardwood planks was truly remarkable, resulting in a seamless and beautiful floor. The team's coordination was impeccable as they worked seamlessly together, laying down each piece with expertise. They paid meticulous attention to detail, making sure the flooring was perfectly aligned and free from imperfections. Astonishingly, their dedication and proficiency allowed them to complete the entire project in just one day, leaving us in awe of their craftsmanship and the stunning hardwood floor they had created. 50 Floor is amazing. No pressure like some of their competitors. They had tons of samples, so choosing was easy. Our installation was delayed by several months due to other construction delays, and they were super patient and didn't charge us a dime to keep the carpet we ordered in their warehouse. When the time came to install, they were super responsive and got the job scheduled quickly. The installation team was great, and the quality of their work was top notch. Don't go anywhere else.
