I had an agent reach out to me for coverage. I was appreciative of what they offered but wasn't not able to accept the quote at the time. Two weeks later, I got passive aggressive notification telling me they needed 5 minutes during a certain time frame to send my bank information over. Called to speak with a manager whom was not available. I left a message and asked to be removed from their customer list.

Michelle at McCluskey insurance has been an absolute pleasure. Back in June or July, I got a new car. I wasnt too fond of the idea to switch insurances yet, because my last insurance was already paid for until December. I had told her that, but let her know that I was willing to switch once my term was up. She called me back in November and by the end of that month, we did the switch. She found me a better rate, with all the same stuff. Within the past week, I had gotten in an accident. Within the hour of the accident I got in touch with Michelle and she has helped me tremendously with the whole process. I couldnt be more thankful!
