        I was supposed to receive a refund of $165. I ended my policy back in November and still have yet to receive my refund Im not trusting this company again 1 star for me. But they claim its already been mailed so wheres it at cause Ive waited almost 2 months for this check still have yet to see it Funny cause the company said they sent out 2 checks and still have yet to see both

In a world of automated insurance phone lines, and ZERO customer service, Erie (and Susan Slavey) are a breath of fresh air! Extra bonus? Extremely competitive rates! Currently have the cheapest full coverage policy I've ever had! Definitely worth your phone call!!
