American Heritage Insurance Group

My family has worked with American Heritage Insurance Group for years. First my mother, then I inherited her house and they worked for me. I had sold my house and then ran into problems of a frivolous lawsuit. Fortunately American Heritage Insurance helped me by providing my records well after I was still their active client. It was very helpful. I would recommend their insurance agency to anyone. I think they are a very good organization.

I was given excellent coverage and outstanding rates for both my home and my cars. Sara Wallace was my CSR and she was professional, patient, kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly, honestly and accurately. I felt listened to and valued throughout the entire process. She was super quick and efficient in sending me all of my documents. She calmly and clearly walked me step by step through all of the processes and I was so very grateful.

We have been with American Heritage for fifteen years and have always been impressed that when questions arise, Mike Rice and Sara Wallace have always taken time to provide thorough answers. American Heritage Insurance is a very good company and is operated professionally and with integrity and honesty. Sara Wallace, our usual contact (along with Mike Rice, and recently Jim Colyer) has always provided good information and looked out for us in finding policies that meet our budget and circumstances.
