Our family has been with Heister agency for 25 years, and we cant say enough about the high quality of care Mike and his team provide. They have consistently pointed us in the right direction for our insurance needs, not just focusing on the cheapest premium but getting us the best coverage and service available for the price. They have been more available than expected, even answering urgent messages on weekends. Mike Heister is not just the name on the door, he called us himself right away on a holiday weekend in response to a voicemail about an accident! When our insurance company restructured and their customer service declined, Mike and his team went to bat for us, telling upper management at the insurance company that they expect better for their clients. They genuinely care about their customers on a personal level. This is the kind of above-and-beyond customer care that is almost impossible to find anymore. Weve actually told other insurance agencies and companies that they couldnt pay us to switch, and we sincerely mean that! You will not find better than Heister Insurance Agency!

Heister Insurance has taken care of our family business for literally decades. They are so solid and conscientious in their business practices that several family members have personal properties insured with them as well. How they manage to maintain the standard of treating customers like friends and family in such a competitive business landscape is beyond me. I would never recommend anyone else!
