Dr. Temple is not ony professional but very easy to talk to. He takes the time to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend him.

I showed up for a surgery with Scoliosis, Kyphosis and 2 broken spinal rods, along with my head was dropping forward. Dr Zachary Temple was my surgeon and he got me standing up straight, my head back up. I only spent 10 days in the hospital, was taken care of, made comfortable and had my life BACK AGAIN! I'd recommend MAYFIELD BRAIN AND SPINE INSTITUTE to anyone & everyone that has any type of issue with their neck or back. I can't leave out Marla, Dr Temple's nurse- she ison top of things as well, and if she tells you that she 's going to do something, you can bet it will be done & done right! Dr.Tempel is so knowledgeable and is a great listener, too. He really cared about helping me minimize cervical pain and avoid surgery so far. If symptoms get worse, and surgery is needed, I would put all my trust in his skills. All the office staff and X-ray techs have been so impressive, too, at Mayfield Clinic.

I have had several spine surgeries since 18 I was in a body cast for 9 months. Ive had different doctors. Doctor temple did a surgery in 2019 my Harrington rod moved forward. In 2021 I fractured spine. He did that surgery. He is the most amazing doctor Ive ever met. I will never go to anyone else. He is my life line. I would tell everyone to go to him. When I say hes amazing Im not exaggerating. He is that good. Ive been through 6 spine surgeries. By different doctors. I wish I knew him before. I can never imagine going to anyone else. He is that brilliant. Im so thankful God put him in my life.I will go to him for the rest of my life. If people had scoliosis surgery at a young age and have problems you need to see him. If you have any spine problems you would be blessed using him. I will never go anywhere else
