        This is a long term RV park with a blend of transient workers and permanent residents. Conditions have improved greatly with the new ownership and onsite management team. They have regular office hours they actually answer the phone when in and if they are not available, they have an answering service and the manager responds quickly. Previous managers barely answered the phone or returned voicemails and were barley in the office.

      Hello Kristine. I'm sorry to hear that you felt that we were too snotty and expensive. We perform a quarterly rental rate analysis to make sure that we are priced below market for both our RV Park and Storage Units. Additionally, we definitely do not intend to come accross as snotty and I'm sorry if you felt we were. We do have to perform background checks on potential RV tenants to ensure that we maintain a safe and friendly campground. I'm sorry if this was an inconvenience.
