This used to be my favorite place on w25th. However, the last few times I've been, the kitchen has turned into a comedy of error and failure. I ordered immediately after the people next to us, and 10+ minutes before people down the bar, but our food took a half hour longer. Zero apologies, nothing offered. This is the type of treatment i woild expext from Townhall

Went up to the bar with a group of friends to grab drinks and watch the game. At the time, there were a few seats available at the bar for us to sit at. After spending over $100 on drinks and hanging out for 15 minutes, we were told that we needed to leave the seats since the bar seating was reserved for a bar crawl. Bar seating is always first come first serve at this bar. There was no reserved sign on the seats. We were essentially kicked out of seats even though we paid for drinks. If this was explained to us upon arrival, there would be no complaint, but this was after our group had our drinks and were settled. Please be honest about your policies and respect your repeat patrons. We come frequently, but will seriously reconsider in future.
