at work and going to court! Plus they lie! I do owe the originally people! Going to find away talk to them directly or just let it go to court! I think theyre bluffing!

Horrible company! The worst! There is absolutely NO WAY to call and speak to a representative. The message says "leave a message", but then no one ever calls you back. Even emails.....they will give you a number to call, but that number will not take you to a live person either. I do not know why any business would use this very unprofessional and shady company's services. Absolute "F"!

"This company has no business with me and will not tell me why they are calling". This is a tactic used by debt collectors to not tell you until they can "verify your information." Here's a hint for those of you that don't know...DO NOT verify anything! not your name, address, ph# NOTHING!! They will use that information to update records and make you responsible for debt...even if its not yours. Once you verify information it can be used for their debt collection purposes. Unfortunately, the law doesn't really require them to VALIDATE the debt, instead they VERIFY your information (which honestly is not VALIDATION of a debt) Even if you send a letter requesting documents that once you write and ask for they are required to send, they will not. I recommend everyone place a complaint with the CFPB, if they do not comply with your written request for the documents you requested. Here's a partial solution, send a simple cease and desist letter certified mail with return receipt. DONE! they can no longer legally call your home, cell, or work number. They have to communicate in writing which is good as it gives you written records. I would also tell all of the people they call do not pay them a dime! They cant operate if they aren't making money!
