Dr Barbara is AMAZING! I didn't feel pain, he explains and treats you like no one else and the best thing is that he speaks Spanish. I recommend it 100%

A wonderful man took great care of me here and he came up with a plan to help me with my Mouth and I was ready but a couple of days later I had to raise my grandbabys so that put a stop on me moving forward but I appreciate all what they have done I pray they are all still there

One of the most disorganized offices I have had to work with. They made the patient drive to Cleveland (from Akron) when they had an Akron location, for XRays. Then, when the XRAYS were available they wanted the patient to DRIVE TO CLEVELAND to sign a release (why didnt they have her do that while she was there considering that was the ONLY reason she was there in the first place???.) Then when they were contacted about the issue they wouldn't budge and they were not helpful with solutions. A person from a separate Orthodontist office had to walk the receptionist through logic - "Can the patient go to your AKRON location since she lives in AKRON?!". The response was "OH YES THAT WOULD BE FINE". WHYYYYYY didnt the office manager have this thought on her own? The entire process was ridiculous and unprofessional. Then, through the entire conversation, the office manager kept telling the Orthodontist manager "You need to be understanding".... NO. This patient was forced to drive an hour because of the disorganization. She was treated poorly. The office manager was unprofessional, did not understand normal procedures, had no initiative on how to manage or fix the situation from the get go and she lacked all common sense. No one needs to be understanding. People need to know how to do their jobs. This may be a harsh review but it is honest and the patient was the one who was put through the ringer over a very simple task. Disappointing all around.
