I would like to say way to go cloud . I called to Have some roses delivered to my wife at work at the Cleveland clinic The Man who answered the phone was extremely polite. Very nice to talk with new exactly the building I needed them Delivered to, and to top it off he even had them there by the time I requested, which I Thought it was really really nice . And the roses were absolutely beautiful. Thanks cloud You made my wife day .

Cloud furnished my bridle floral bouquets for my wedding this past summer and I was so out done with the beautiful arrangements he put together just from our conversations. I was overjoyed especially with my bridal bouquet. I told him he would have my business for life. Recently my matron of honor has fallen ill and I have asked him to put together a floral arrangement bright and sunshiney to lift her spirits and he met the assignment head on.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery they said it was $39 ended up being $128.37 just to be told the day of delivery that they couldn't deliver to the place of employment nor on the same day to another location. So I went from delivering on Saturday to Tuesday and not the location I wanted . Poor service all together and now I can't have flowers sent at all to make my girls special occasion.totally disappointed

I was referred to Cloud Florist at 8203 Cedar Avenue after the death of my mother in December 2023. My husband, daughter and I looked over some arrangements and chose around five different selections. I just like to say that everyone of the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. My mother looked like she was asleep in a beautiful garden in heaven. I will most certainly tell anyone who is looking for a reasonable florist, to call on you. Thank you so much John!!!
