        My father in law recently had a service with this funeral home and all I would like to say is I wish they went to Pernal Jones and Sons funeral home instead. This has been the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've had with a funeral home. They have TERRIBLE communication skills, you will NEVER receive a call back and the only way you get an answer is if you show up in person and sometimes that doesn't even matter. Not to mention my father in law had 2 different insurance companies to bill the treatment we've received is absolutely terrible. I honestly can't wait until everything is over. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYONE BURRIED HERE AGAIN. 0/10 Don't recommend AT ALL I wouldn't bury my toe nail here even if it was free. Signing a promissory DOSEN'T NOT MATTER they will hold you loved ones hostage and still not cremate/bury them. The practice they are doing is wrong and they they are taking advantage of people who they "think" dont know the system, my wife and sister was robbed of having their father for his first heavenly birthday, keep in mind he passed and has been in their possession for a month now. If I could give them 0/10 but since one star is the lowest I can go I have to settle at that.
