Fly Heli Cleveland

First off I'd like to give thanks to Jordan our pilot if I could give him a 10 I would. He was awesome and very down to earth. We understand that things happen. But we got a call to reschedule at 11:13a.m. by noah who wasn't very pleasant. Our appointment was 12p.m. We rescheduled for 2p.m. got a phone call at 1:50p.m. that we would have to wait another 20 minutes. We finally got on our tour at 230ish and it was cool only because of Jordan. Thank you jordan for the experience this review has nothing to do with you young man.

Pilot mannerisms were rude and he appeared agitated refuse pictures prior to flight. Once the tour started, pilot went around in a circle not providing any information on the points of interest, did not speak at all. Terrible experience. Very disappointing

Fantastic for the valentines day special they have, I booked my appointment effortlessly. The appointment came with champagne as well which was a nice touch, the views were epic and definitely astounding. Staff were courteous and friendly, so no complaints there. Really my only complaint would be that I think the pricing is a bit too much at $250(265 after taxes/fees) I think a more fair price would be $200 seeing as though the flight is not terribly long, only about 20 minutes or so. Other than that, great company to go with.

On Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, I rented a helicopter ride with Paratus Air Services. The pilot, Jordan Berg, provided me with the best helicopter ride I ever experienced, and I have had several. His aircraft was comfortable and sturdy. He was a gentleman in his conversation and behavior. I recommend them to everyone.
