AAA Solon Insurance and Member Services

I worked with Jeff Wallace to try and resolve an issue that started in Nov '23 (has yet to be resolved) and to reinstate my insurance after AAA canceled me due to their system glitch. After he wrote up the policy and emailed me paperwork, I noticed the wrong membership number was on the policy document that he had just written so I emailed him back right away. The next day we spoke to try and get the incorrect membership number corrected along with the original issue resolved and he said he would be working on it. I have called and left several voicemails for him to call me back to no avail. It has been almost two months, and I have yet to hear from him.

I called to get information on cruises. The travel agent was more than bothered by every question I asked. Triple AAA can do better that. No need for employees being rude.
