Talked to a Mr. James Klomfas. Probably the rudest phone conversation I have had with someone. And I work in marketing. This man was absurdly unprofessional. I don't know if he could make it through a sentence without making condescending remark. Totally turned my business away with his unprofessional behavior. And even attacked my speaking abilities because I didn't pronounce the work "ask" the way he liked. And my son's ringtone went off in the car that was playing a rap song. And he responded with "Hah, typical!". Then told me had to go. I just hope no one else has to go through the same thing I did.
