My recent visit to BW3 left much to be desired, with the poor service overshadowing any positives the restaurant may have had. Despite the small number of occupied tables and a clear indication of our time constraints, the waitstaff seemed indifferent to our needs.From the outset, it was evident that our waitress was not attentive. Despite repeated requests to order food alongside our drinks, our orders were delayed, and our drinks remained empty..The excuse provided for the delay - a large number of DoorDash orders - was unacceptable. While I understand the importance of fulfilling delivery orders promptly, neglecting the needs of the dine-in customers is not justifiable.Ultimately, we were forced to abandon our plans to dine at BW3 due to the subpar service and lack of attention to our needs. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I have no intention of returning in the future.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address the issues with service quality and prioritize the needs of all customers, whether dine-in or delivery.Overall, my experience at BW3 was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it based on this visit. The manager said the bartender is working alone, as there was only 10 people in the restaurant with my group being 4. She justified that the ticket was down for only 20+, minutes however I know we ordered 40+ minutes prior, she just had taken her time to submit the orders. Poor poor service. Terrible bartender! WOW!

I love going to BW's... Except downtown. Each time I go down here, it is a wreck. No server... One cook.... I felt horrible for the bar tender taking are of the entire room (give her credit). Each time you come down here.... If you do have a server.... They act like you owe them something just to be sitting down. This place is destined to fail... Which is sad. The one server was like non existent... These two tables sat with stuff on them the entire time. Waited a hour for food.... Wanted to get another beer but was too irritated watching this cluster happen. They reply to this review asking me to make a report on a website..... And what they asked me is not even on the site. Like they have a robot replying to my complaint.

Nothing about this place is enjoyable. Good luck getting your food and good luck even getting the attention of a single worker to ask about it! Even on my hungriest night I would never order here again. The city of Cleveland should shut this place down.
