        It is a cancer - Never sign with them. They keep renewing the lease and charge you arm and leg. The machine to start is so bad and doesn't print labels as promised. They hurt my small business tremendous. Never recommend - never use them.

        I purchased a machine and was told their service was just as good as what I had. WRONG! Chris, their director of IT laughed at our problem and the denied he laughed. Fortunately our calls are recorded and I had proof. No one has bothered to respond to my issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!

        Ive been waiting for replies to a billing issue for over 2 months; Ive sent several emails to 3 people and nothing. Incredibly disappointed in the service Ive received as a new customer. I made a big mistake and should have stayed with Canon.
