        As the founder of the mobile tech company Spherio, I'm proud to say that our HQ happily lives in a historic EV Bishoff property! The location is ideal, cost is more than reasonable, and 24 hr access to a work and entertaining space in the absolute center of the city is invaluable. Hoping to be a tenant here for a long time!!
