        Food was good. If you order online make sure to get what you want. Wheelchair accessibility: Just go slow through the door. Plenty of seats. Well, you know what I mean .

        Ordered a sandwich through their website. It was awful. I call and requested a refund and was treated very poorly. Never seen a manager in any establishment react like her to a warranted request.

        The best subway in Cleveland! The ladies here are wonderful sub makers, polite and kind, and hard working. Keep up the great work! The fact that they accept coupons (on build your own subs and with exceptions) keeps me always coming back so thanks!
