It was hard to get Someone on the phone when I needed copies of my transcripts causing delays in me registering for classes and seats getting filled. When I was attending school there and I asked my Professors for help...I was just referred to sections in their poorly written "Booklets"....and other stuff

The A+ Certification course I took was great. It prepared me thoroughly for the exam. They received this rating because of how hard it is to get in contact with someone. Ive been trying to reach someone for the past 2-3 weeks. Id like to take more courses, but I dont want to deal with this type of communication issue again.

Received the certificate (diploma) and scored very well on all tests. But that is all there was. Never really took any knowledge away from this course. Dull and very uninteresting design. Found an error in one of the items and was attacked for it. They finally admitted it but very arrogant about it. In any case, for the steep price (my work paid for it), none of this should have been the case. Much, much better to teach yourself using online resources. Not even sure if this school is well respected out there. Very, very bad experience and huge waste of money.

Currently enrolled in 5b Automation and robotics w/ lab that was paid in full at start and it was supposed to be a 12 month course... First the good: The instructor keith is awesome, and the course material is solid. Now the bad: They will not send course materials for whatever reason, there are extreme course delays (months at this point) due to problems within the school that are out of my control (without course extension being given yet...), tons of false emails and out of date phone numbers given at enrollement and the schools employees using the excuse of being busy/overworked for the months of delays. It is super aggravating to pay in full and out of pocket to receive such poor service. Highly dissapointed and still have half of the course to go if I ever receive it. 04/14/22 Finally received most of the book portion of course thats left and am still missing 2 sections from shipment. Now waiting on those and lab portion to be sent. 04/21/22 Finally received all course material needed to finish. 05/27/22 Having lengthy delays to get assignments graded and returned, instructor said "I usually grade exams on the weekend as I do not have time through the week with my teaching job. CIE is a contract position and not my fulltime job." Most exams are on the e grade website with a faster turn around but this portion is not. If you try the request study guide button on the website, it is not functional and they recomend emailing student services as instructors dont have access to those. 06/1/22 Just got news that my instructor is resigning due to pay issues and he will no longer be able to assist with my course. 07/14/22 Last month I was told they were taking no new enrollements... currently I'm Having more delays... Now I've been told They "sold the building and are renting another space, and my instructor that resigned is back... and everyone else is back from health problems." Yet it takes 2 weeks to get a paper graded and returned. My point with this review is to give a transparent view on my experience here so others are better informed as to what they are getting into.
