        This is absolutely the worst online tutoring company. Mutiple times the tutor never showed and I asked to make have tutoring on Tuesdays only and I'm getting requests for tutoring on Fridays. I told them my concern that he may have dyslexia and they said they would pair me with one that works with that and knows different things to do to help but I have not seen that once in the few sessions that she actually showed up. This is a shame that I am trying to help better my son and give him confidence in school but I can't even do that because they have caused nothing but problems I have to race home and leave work earlier to help get him set up for the tutoring for them not to even show. Now I want to cancel and I want my money back for the hours I have not used and they can't even do that this is a shameful company and I will make sure everyone knows!

        We have used Varsity Tutors now for about 4 months to help keep my son learning over the summer between kindergarten and 1st grade. We have a family history of dyslexia and needed something that was flexible as we had a busy summer. Varsity was/is great to work with! His tutor has been amazing about keeping his attention and progressing through material even though it can be challenging with an active 6 year old!

        I was a previous tutor on Varsity platform and I tried the reactivate my account. I was denied with no explanation. I was not provided with with an applies process or contact number for farther assistance in the matter. Very poor customer support and business ethics.

        Go somewhere else. If you can actually get with a tutor they are great. Front office, billing, company, etc. are a train wreck. One person says one thing and another something else. Took money from us, will not give it back. You are basically signing up to get robbed. There are hundreds of tutors out there. Spend your money elsewhere. Thinking of submitting a formal complaint to the attorney general on how they basically robbed us.
