Im excited to move in regardless of previous reviews! The application process has been easy so far awaiting confirmation of my unit and viewing next Friday ! Hopeful for this new experience boosting the reviews to get them the credit they deserve ! Update: the staff in the leasing office is amazing and the place is super nice with extra security on each unit and cute layout of 1br!

Multiple complaints of water leaks and black mold. Nothing like a waterfall coming out of your light fixture. Breathing in the toxins daily. Air conditioner no longer works they put mobile units in one room the rest of the apartment stays hot. Weather turns cold no heat...

Ever since new management has come in, this place has gone downhill. I used to like living here because it was quiet and wooded around it. That changed a month ago when they installed high beam stadium lights surrounding every apartment building and shining out onto the grounds. Now it feels like a prison grounds with no darkness outside at night. The light shining in through my window keeps me awake every night. Its impossible to get through to anyone in management. And they dont seem to care about concerns. Definitely will not be living here long. This photo was taken well after dark.

September 2023 Update: Before I update, I just wanna say that the staff inside the leasing office are amazing, I don't blame them for much of this because it's a large corporate structure that passes down policies that they have to unfortunately enforce. That being said, I can't recommend enough to stay away from this place. As you can see from all the recent reviews, this place has really gone nowhere but down since AION took over. Over the last few months they've done the following: 1) Installed new water pipes, and without giving us notification they use this as a reason to raise our water fee to a metered rate rather than a flat $30/mo. for 1br apartments. 2) They installed these unbelievably bright flood lights in the courtyard that make it look like daytime. 3) My emails continue to be unanswered, but I don't blame the office, because she is wonderful - I blame AION for not giving her the help she needs to run the community. 4) $14/mo charge for insurance even though you already have a policy in place that covers their appliances, walls, floors, etc. This one is possibly illegal, forcing us onto their insurance policy instead of giving us a choice of a policy that covers AION property. This $14/mo wasn't included in my rent but I was assured it is included, but in the section of my renters agreement where is discusses insurance, it states that THE RENTER is responsible for finding a policy, which I did. 5) Overcharged rent at $980 for a below-average apartment. All of the appliances are more than 30-40 years old (I'm not exaggerating), bathroom caulk peeling and mold, cheap carpeting with thin wooden floorboards underneath, outdated lighting fixtures, rusting fridge, etc. Stay away from this place. I unfortunately renewed, due to a lack of affordable rent in the area for a 1br. --- Since the ownership change to AION Management, only 1 email since July 2022 has been answered, of which 10 remained unanswered. I have tried to bring up concerns over various issues, of which none have been addressed or at least any communication. I don't understand why. And I've left voicemails, of which there are multiple numbers listed, and none of my voicemails have been addressed. My lease is almost up, and I certainly will not be renewing because of the lack of communication. Not that it matters, because I'm sure the next tenants that move in will be charged a high rent because it's the average for the area, but not for what you'd expect given the lack of amenities. That is fine, because I don't care much for extra amenities, and I liked the affordable rent. But each time I renew it gets raised to an amount I consider a bit absurd given the basic features of the complex. I've been trying to hold off on writing a review until I move out, but I'm tired of being ignored and my concerns ignored.
