Brittnie and Paul are the best. Theresa has been a welcome addition. We have been here for a year now and have already renewed. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else. From the amenities to the people living here you can't beat it. Drea keeps this place in immaculate condition and John keeps everything running smoothly.

We love living at Fairfax. The building and amenities are top notch and the staff is unmatched! Paul and Brittney are quick to help with anything of concern and most importantly have become friends to visit down the hall. The Starbucks coffee machine in the club house and the heated pool are my favorite.

It doesnt seem like its been just over a year since we moved to Fairfax. I guess time really does fly when youre having fun. Living here has been the best experience Ive ever had when renting. From the moment we met Brittnie we knew this place was special. She was so helpful and informative throughout the process of touring, applying, and helping choose which floor plan would be the best fit for us. She told us we would love Paul and that turned out to be an understatement. His personality is so infectious in the best way. We choose to spend spare time in the clubhouse for that very reason. We love spending time with Brittnie as well. She always has such a genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful demeanor. We love it here so much that we renewed our lease without thinking twice. PS: Drea and John do an awesome job keeping the entire property clean and running without fail. And Theresa has been a perfect addition to the staff. She fits right in. Teresa Weixel

I have lived at Fairfax for the past 8 months and I have truly enjoyed my time here. Brittnie and Paul are amazing are truly the best team at Fairfax. They are far more than leasing consultants but really go above and beyond for the residents with planning events and overall genuine people. I enjoy taking breaks during my workday and stopping to chat with them during the day. All of the residents know each and spend time in the clubhouse or pool with one another.If I have ever had a request put into maintenance, it is completed within that given day. Not only is Fairfax aesthetically pleasing but also very clean and well maintained. Drea has done a phenomenal job with making sure the building is clean at all times. Fairfax has exceeded my expectations and I have really enjoyed my space and community during my stay!

Paul and Brittnie are awesome! Friendly, patient and knowledgeable! See them if ready to rent! Theresa is also very helpful. Beautiful property!
