My husband and I have been taking our cars to Andy for years and he's never jerked us around or tried any kind of upsell. He gives you the options straight and his experienced overview shows when he listens to symptoms about your car. Sometimes we have to take our cars to the dealership for service campaigns, and every time we wish I could just take it up the street to Andy at National Auto Services. They are also good at working with our extended warranty company.
